Welcome to CamLiveBilliard. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CamLiveBilliard mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the CamLiveBilliard application on your personal mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of streaming or sharing it. You represent and warrant that:

• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to create, stream, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Contains false or misleading information
• Violates privacy rights of others

5.4 Content Monitoring

While we do not actively monitor User Content, we reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to display any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

CamLiveBilliard integrates with third-party streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or functionality of third-party services
• Content policies or restrictions imposed by these platforms
• Any actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your content
• Data practices of third-party services

You must comply with all terms and policies of any third-party platform you connect to through our Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• Streams will be successfully delivered to third-party platforms
• Your content will not be lost or corrupted

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMLIVEBILLIARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CamLiveBilliard, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

11. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide us with the following information:

• Identification of the infringing material and its location

12. Subscription and Payments

12.1 Free Service

CamLiveBilliard is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future.

12.2 Future Paid Features

If we introduce paid features, we will provide clear pricing information and obtain your consent before charging you. All payments will be processed through the Google Play Store and subject to their payment terms.

12.3 Refunds

Refund policies for any future paid features will be governed by Google Play Store policies.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update the Service from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be automatic or require your action. You agree that we have no obligation to provide updates or continue supporting older versions of the application.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app settings or by uninstalling the application.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security issues

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and User Content. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at legal@camlivebilliard.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15.2 Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as modified by these Terms.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CamLiveBilliard operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CamLiveBilliard regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
